Peak 60 Program is additional programming provided to all SMCF athletes and with any membership.
These workouts are posted each weekend on both Saturday and Sunday via SugarWod. The Peak 60 programming has more of a cardiovascular base with intermittent weight training and circuit training to help with fat burning. The structure is simple yet effective, meaning anyone and everyone can do it!
You will get a great workout no matter what your level of fitness is. Many of our athletes who utilize this are starting an exercise program, recovering from an injury or surgery, looking to change up their same old gym routine, or are looking to get back into shape or stay in amazing shape.

Getting to the gym shouldn't be hard. Good thing SMCF is easy to get to! We are located right off of Route 78, easily accessible from Allentown and the greater Lehigh Valley.
