Prior to or during your fundamentals we also provide each client with a comprehensive FMS (functional movement screen) and screening review with our in house PT service from Best Rep Rehab. This will help our coaches dissect and then and investigate what your movement baselines are and how through some trackable and easy steps help to correct them.
We are currently offering a special membership deal for parents and their teens! Once both parent and teen complete fundamentals, memberships are buy one, get one. Essentially, your teen gets a FREE membership as long as the parent is an active member!
In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in our Group Fitness Classes, as well as review your range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the class, you will participate in a workout. We guarantee you will get sweaty and you will have fun.
Mastery of the fundamentals is not only a prerequisite to participating in group classes, but will also make your experience at SMCF more meaningful and enjoyable. Pre-registration is required. Athletes must complete all fundamentals sessions before entering the group classes!
