How it works
None. Whether it’s your first time in a gym or you’re a seasoned athlete, this is a great place to start. We’ll scale everything to you.
You’ll choose one of two paths:
Option 1: Jump into regular classes
If you feel ready, we’ll help you pick the right membership based on your schedule (2x/week through unlimited).
Option 2: Start with Fundamentals
If you’re brand new or want more guidance before joining regular classes, Fundamentals helps you learn the movements, build confidence, and get up to speed faster—then you’ll transition into classes.
Either way: when you sign up for a membership or Fundamentals, your $30 intro becomes a credit toward your next step.
Getting to the gym shouldn't be hard. Good thing SMCF is easy to get to! We are located right off of Route 78, easily accessible from Allentown and the greater Lehigh Valley.
